About the Rolex 127335
The Rolex Land-Dweller 40 127335-0001 was introduced in 2025 as part of the inaugural Land-Dweller collection. The watch is housed in a 40 mm Oyster case crafted from 18 ct Everose gold, Rolex’s proprietary pink-gold alloy produced in its own foundry. The monobloc middle case is paired with a screw-down case back and Twinlock winding crown, ensuring a water-resistance rating of 100 metres.
A fluted bezel in Everose gold frames a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal fitted with a Cyclops lens above the date aperture. The dial is executed in intense white and distinguished by a honeycomb motif with a satin finish. The honeycomb structure is cut using a femtosecond laser, with fine lines engraved between each cell. Open numerals and applied index hour markers are filled with Chromalight luminescent material, as are the hands, providing legibility in low-light conditions.
Powering the Land-Dweller 40 is the Rolex calibre 7135, a self-winding mechanical movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The movement incorporates a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and Paraflex shock absorbers. It delivers an approximate 66-hour power reserve and supports hours, minutes, central seconds, an instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time adjustment. Following casing, the movement is certified as a Superlative Chronometer.
The watch is fitted with the Flat Jubilee bracelet, a five-piece link construction developed specifically for the Land-Dweller. Executed in 18 ct Everose gold, the bracelet features flat links with alternating polished and technical satin finishes, bevelled edges, and polished chamfers that align visually with the case. It is secured by a concealed folding Crownclasp, integrating seamlessly with the case design.
